Cornerstone Associates, Inc. (CAI) offers the following services to individuals with developmental and other disabilities:

The Retirement Program will offer those infividuals who are 55 years and older, the option to contribute to the community by volunteering, attending community senior programs, participating in physical activities, etc. and making community connections.

The Community Connections Program and ATE Program will help adults with multiple and developmental disabilities who need independence skills and individualized attention to continually increase access and contribute to their communities. The Community Connections Program will assist people in making connections with their communities. The program may provide temporary paid or volunteer work experience in CAI businesses and/or community sites. Skills will be gained, which will aid and enhance future employment.

The Career Development/Consultation Program will consist of touring community sites, offering skills assessment and job development, i.e., assisting with job searches, interviewing skills, follow-ups with employers, assessment, training and relationship building with employers. This program will assist individuals to identify career goals and assist in quality job matches.

Community Employment in non-CAI jobsites: Cornerstone Associates will provide consultation to employers by training co-workers and managers, developing natural supports, making them aware of supports which currently exist in the workplace, and assisting in training when necessary. Cornerstone will support enclave employmenty in community jobsites by providing ongoing support to the employer that will help the employer in supervising and supporting employees.

Community Employment Options in CAI businesses: Cornerstone Associates will provide employment opportunities and consultation by training co-workers and supervisors, developing natural supports, and assisting in training when necessary, as positions become available in businesses affiliated with Cornerstone Associates.
